Since 2002, I have been helping lawyers and accountants get more clients and get more work from current clients.

For over 11 years, I was part of the growth and success at a New Mexico public accounting firm. During that time, the organization grew from $700,000 annually to $11 million, from 12 employees to 110, in part by instituting planned, results-oriented marketing strategies and tactics. I guided the internal and external marketing effort through two mergers and one acquisition.

My specialties are:

• working with firms to create or enhance marketing structure and cultures
• coaching individuals to achieve their business development goals
• developing individual and firm marketing plans
• creating step-by-step approaches to implementing those plans

Speaking, facilitation and training are my passions. Part comedian, part teacher and part group therapist, my style is relaxed, witty and informative. I have addressed the Conference for the Association of Accounting Marketing on several occasions, the Hudson Sawyer Law Firm Services Group, the New Mexico Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, Polaris International Group of Accounting Firms, and many law and accounting firms.

In 2004, I was inducted into the Association for Accounting Marketing Hall of Fame.
